Contract review thatfinds the clause, not the file.
01 / Challenge
Precedent lived in filenames and in people's heads. Finding how a clause had been handled before meant asking whoever had been there longest, and hoping they remembered.
02 / Approach
We indexed the firm's own contract history and built extraction over it, so a clause can be searched by what it does rather than by which document it sits in. Results come back with the surrounding context intact.
Access follows the firm's existing permissions. Nothing surfaces to someone who could not already open the file it came from.
03 / Outcome
Faster precedent search
Permission-aware
A lawyer asks how a clause has been handled before and gets the precedents with their context, instead of a list of filenames.
